How we can help

Nursing and nursing services are our specialty. Our nurses will listen to you, work with your doctor and provide you the very best, evidence-based care.

Dementia care

We know that everyone’s story is different. Our trained staff seek to recognise and respond to each individual’s differences and needs.

Medication management

We can help you with your medications, answer your questions and arrange for a review with your GP if necessary, making sure your medications are working to their best for you.

Palliative care

Supporting you and your family through end-of-life decisions and care – we’re there to ensure peace-of-mind and comfort while you’re in your own home.

Physiotherapists & Occupational Therapists

Whether keeping you from a fall, helping you recover from one or simply making sure you can do your day to day activities around the home, our physiotherapists and occupational therapists aim to keep you strong, mobile and active.

Our mobile podiatrists can assist and treat all conditions of the feet, ankles and lower legs including calluses, ingrown toenails, heel spurs and arch problems to improve mobility. We also treat foot and leg problems associated with diabetes and other diseases. Our podiatrists will assess current foot problems, footwear assessment and, if necessary, run a neurovascular assessment during a consultation.

Speech Pathology

Our speech pathologists can assist with a range of disorders related to speech, language and swallowing. Particularly for individuals who have had a stroke, clients with Parkinson’s Disease, and those with dysphagia causing choking episodes. Swallowing assessments can be performed within your home to provide recommendations for swallowing exercises and options for a modified diet.

Our dieticians can assess your health needs and diet. If you have significantly gained or lost weight, or your present weight is causing a decrease in mobility, we recommend you consult with one of our dieticians. The dietician will develop meal plans, provide education, and evaluate the effectiveness and make adjustments as necessary.

Continence support

We can help with assessment, product recommendations, support and education.
