Celia is the General Manager of HCA South Australia. She is a Registered Nurse with 10 years of clinical experience, specialising in theatre. Prior to taking up the position as General Manager at HCA Celia worked in various healthcare management roles, including Nursing Agency Manager, Client Services Manager and Medical Sales Executive. In her role as General Manager she is responsible for the delivery of healthcare services throughout South Australia.
Celia has 50 full-time staff within her organisation, which includes HCA’s Finance and IT teams. She has managed large contracts within South Australia including SA Health, Healthscope, Department for Communities and Social Inclusion, and numerous other private sector and aged care clients.
Donna has over 20 years’ experience as a registered nurse specialising in community aged care. Donna joined the HCA Home Team in 2017 to establish the new aged care in-home services for Healthcare Australia. She has previously successfully managed aged care programs and services for SA and NT, focusing on developing respectful partnerships with older members of the community. As the National Community Clinical Lead for HCA Home, Donna’s focus will be clinical governance and regulation of practice to ensure the quality of services.
Donna holds a Bachelor of Nursing, Diploma of Management and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Jannene has a nursing background which spans more than 20 years having worked in theatre, mental health and with Royal District Nursing Service. Jannene has a long history of working in the community to include working with culturally and linguistically groups and other community groups to assist people live better lives in the place they call home.
Jannene was actively involved with the trial program of the then new Consumer Directed Care pilot. Jannene has also worked as a RAS Team Leader assessor with My Aged Care before joining the friendly team at Healthcare Australia. Jannene is passionate in working with older people and is dedicated in working with the person to support independence, wellness and reablement.
Olivia's background is in complex case management for clients who are at-risk due to significant disability and mental health barriers, including Department of Veterans Affairs and Workcover NSW/QLD clientele. She holds a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) and a Master of Human Services degree.
Olivia is highly competent in identifying the appropriate level of care required for individuals; engaging and empowering people to make informed decisions about their own care, and assisting them to understand the processes involved in obtaining aid, so they can continue to remain as independent as possible, and continue to lead fulfilling lives.
Lisa has extensive experience in the Aged and Healthcare sectors her previous roles have included case management, business development and medical sales. She is highly passionate about the community sector, the promotion of person centred care and the enhancement of quality of life for her clients.
Donnalyn has been nursing for over 26 years with most of her career in Oncology and Community Nursing in the UK. Since arriving in Western Australia 10 years ago, Donnalyn has been a Home Care Service Coordinator for a not-for-profit organisation and before joining HCA Home, Donnalyn was a Care Coordinator at a respite centre for disability.
Ashley is the General Manager of HCA Home’s disability services and community care staffing businesseswhich provides in-home support and disability support services to non-government organisations and direct to consumers as well temporary staffing services to the wider community care industry.
Prior to joining HCA Ashley worked in senior management roles in healthcare recruitment, including General Manager, Operations Manager and Contracts Manager, as well as leading the Randstad Care business throughout Australia as the Operations Director for the Disability, Aged Care and Nursing recruitment divisions. Ashley has managed major national contracts and was responsible for the transition of the Care division from Randstad in May 2015, when HCA acquired Randstad Care.
In 2016, Ashley lead the team in the introduction of disability support services under the NDIS into HCA’s business. He brings a broad range of experience and expertise to the role, including human resource management, financial performance, compliance, account management, new business strategy and business intelligence.
Ashley holds a Masters of Business and focuses on quality and sustainability of supply of disability and temporary staffing services at HCA. Additionally, Ashley is responsible for the delivery of the company’s sales, bids and tenders team including contract management for the wider HCA business.
Sharron is responsible for all aspects of service delivery related to Disability Services (including the NDIS) throughout Australia within HCA Home. Sharron has extensive knowledge and over 13 years of experience within the disability and aged care sector, while believing in Person Centred Practises to achieve goals and outcomes for individuals. With this knowledge and background HCA is able to support individuals with Home and Disability services throughout Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, Western Australia and South Australia.
Sharron is responsible for the development and implementation of disability support programs and service delivery direct to customers where support is delivered by HCA Home. Under HCA’s NDIS delivery model, Sharron is ultimately responsible for the ‘supports teams’ throughout Australia to deliver the outcomes and goals for all customers to achieve their desire, dreams and aspirations. While additionally maintaining the highest standards and compliance under each states registration requirements.
Operations Manager for HCA Home (NDIS) as well as community care within the state of NSW. Rachel's responsibility extends to the delivery of staffing, HR, NDIS and disability services throughout the state and will act as the operational implementation lead, recruitment and HR lead for projects which occur in NSW.
Sheila leads the HCA Home team in VIC, servicing the state's metro regions. She is passionate about providing a quality service that supports people within non-government organisations and direct ISP/NDIS customers with disability.
She has worked in roles where a focus on quality was vital such as research, education and commercial pharmaceuticals in roles such as Lead Researcher, Senior Lecturer and Scientific Recruitment Business Manager. Since 2014 Sheila has worked in the community sector, with Randstad and HCA, and has gained respect as a manager who is an honest, open communicator with a genuine drive to improve the quality of life for clients and customers while creating a safe and rewarding working environment for support staff.
Sheila has a keen interest in the policies and laws that govern and shape the world for people with disability and the workforce that supports them. She brings solid business acumen coupled with an enthusiasm to provide a value service while making ethical decisions that lead to business growth and success.
Sheila’s responsibility extends to the delivery of staffing, recruitment, NDIS and disability services throughout the metropolitan areas of VIC and will act as the operational implementation lead, recruitment and HR lead for projects which occur in VIC.
Heleena is the Manager for HCA Community Care Allocations team in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. Heleena has over 10 years’ experience in the care division recruiting for Nurses, Disability, Youth and welfare workers so she understands what staff is needed to support the customer. She is passionate and will go above and beyond to allocate the 'right' staff that meet the needs of HCA Home customers.
Heleena has empathy that resonates with both the customer and families involved. Being a mother herself of a child that was seriously ill she is able to connect with parents, carers and customer and understands the journey they have been on.
Mark joined HCA in early 2016 and has held positions in both the Nursing and Community Care Divisions during this time. For the majority of his career Mark has been involved in Customer Service and Sales and is dedicated to sustainable outcomes for clients.
With operational leadership roles in media and marketing prior to joining HCA, focussing on the community and partnerships, Mark is committed to ensuring best practice around staffing, exceptional customer experiences and continuous improvement processes within our business.
Kathryn is the WA Operations Manager for HCA’s Community Care division, which provides in-home support and care services, including disability support to non-government organisations and direct to consumers.
With experience in both the UK and Australia, Kathryn has developed a passion for relationship management. Understanding that each client is unique and recognising the need to adapt to suit those individual needs has been a pivotal part of her success. In her roles prior to HCA, Kathryn was focussed on delivering exceptional service levels to clients and candidates across a broad range of industry sectors.
